CHOOSING A VENDOR

  1. Call manufacturers & ask for their recommendations/experiences with local dealers.
  2. A good filing equipment sales rep will ask you many questions about your filing & record storage.
  3. Make sure sales rep has completed a thorough survey of your current filing and records storage.
  4. Consider type of equipment & additional services offered.
  5. Ask for references of similar firms, pay particular attention to sales rep's experience.
