- Consider taxes, insurance, and distance form suppliers, customers and employees.
CHOOSING A VENDOR
- Is the broker familiar with the area in which you are interested?
- A good broker will ask you many questions about how your business operates.
- Verify reputation and trustworthiness of the broker.
- What type of property does the broker normally handle?
- What properties can the broker show you (only the properties owned by his or her company)?
